    Average fish and chips i think for the money you should do better.. what I didn't like the most was random delivery drivers walking into the cooking section area and touching the food which is not acceptable at all.Response to owners comment- Sorry but this still doesn't make it okay. I haven't seen this in any restaurant or takeaway place before. Staff handover the food to the drivers they are not allowed behind the counter.

    This was my first and last time for ordering Fish & Chips from Viking, Tolpits Lane, West Watford. The meal was terrible, luke warm, batter ploppy and the chips, apart from swamping the meal, was mainly bits of chip ends. Waiting an hour from ordering till delivery did not help either.

    First and last time getting food from this place. Food was average, only got cheesy chips and donner meat and a drink. The workers had nothing but attitude and simply plain rude. Asked for a drink to be added to my order, the guy looked at me and flat out ignored me and started speaking in his language to the guy stood next to me. They had fresh chips, put cheese on then put it in the microwave, touched my donner meat with their bare hands when putting it into the box, slamming my drink down on the counter with the dips. Customer service is everything to a business and this place is seriously lacking. Was recommended this place from my partner, said the owner was really nice. Clearly the owner wasn't in today when I visited. hygeine rating and I can see why, customer service.

    Great food and fast delivery.But do not sell Pollock which is a poor man's fish and a lot cheaper then other fish.I know it's not on menu.But can you tell me why.
